Initial commit

At present, this is enough for the code to be able to generate
  (minimal) documentation for itself.

This code was derived from past work on documentation generation for C
  code, originally written 2025.
In fact, the X·S·L·T transform and documentation makefile contain the
  only actual code derived from this previous effort; the shell script
  itself descends only in spirit.
