Minor, largely‐inconsequential refactors

- Make some prints always be silent (use `@` not `$(silent)`).

- Don’t give includes mappings in `sourcecompiledpair` (they will
  always be empty, because includes aren’t compiled).

- Remove white·space between prereqs and trailing semi.
