Improve Skos modelling

- Labels are now Plain Text Content; literal forms now bodies.

- Collections are D·C·M·I Collections.

- Semantic relations are D·C·M·I relations.

- Being related ⅌ Skos is being related to ⅌ S·I·O·C.
