The following (private·use) language codes are reserved for languages
  under development by users of this _Wiki_{as=cite}:8--:

The private·use subtags ranging from `qaa`–`qfy` are reserved by
  Unicode for use with C·L·D·R and should not be used.

Current recommended best practice is to actually use a primary subtag
  of `art` (artificial languages) alongside an appropriate script tag,
  and include the more specific subtag in the private·use area
  (following `-x-`).
Applications are unlikely to recognize specific private·use tags, so
  using them as the primary subtag is of limited utility.
