+  Unicode for use with C·L·D·R and should not be used.

+Current recommended best practice is to actually use a primary subtag

+  and include the more specific subtag in the private·use area

+Applications are unlikely to recognize specific private·use tags, so
+  using them as the primary subtag is of limited utility.
