Initial Pre‐Zheshoi notes

(Originally published under a different title, but I’m amending the
commit to use an endonym rather than an exonym for the language. This
page may move again in the future if things develop unexpectedly, but
as of now this is my best guess at what it should be called.)

Mostly this is just phonological documentation right now.

Note that the Proto⹀Fizonal dictionary is not actually published yet,
so that link will be dead for now.
