  20 Current recommended best practice is to actually use a primary subtag
  21   of `art` (artificial languages) alongside an appropriate script tag,
  22   and include the more specific subtag in the private·use area
  23   (following `-x-`).
  24 Applications are unlikely to recognize specific private·use tags, so
  25   using them as the primary subtag is of limited utility.
