Remove hinting

Hinting is ignored by many operating systems these days, and these were
just FontForge autohints anyway.

Remove ‹ TTF › layer

This layer provided quadratic curves for use building T·T·F files, but
it was only present in the Regular face. As we are only targeting
O·T·F, it has been deleted.

This commit also removes the guide·lines in the Regular face, which
were of unclear utility. The slanted guides in the Italic faces have
been kept.

Initial fork setup

All files with unclear copyright information have been deleted.
Copyright info has been added and the fonts have been renamed from “Old
Standard” to “Ladys Old Standard”. As of right now, these are the only
changes.
